The Sauna Flô Experience
At Sauna Flô, we’ve created a space where you can slow down, switch off and reconnect. As Wales’ first floating sauna and ice bath, every session combines the restorative warmth of the sauna with the refreshing benefits of temperature-controlled ice baths, all set against the peaceful surroundings of Penarth Marina.
Whether you’re looking to recover after exercise, reduce stress or simply take time for yourself, you can enjoy the experience at your own pace. Our professional temperature-controlled ice baths are suitable for both beginners and experienced cold-water enthusiasts, making contrast therapy accessible to everyone.
Everything you need for a relaxing Sauna Flô experience
Swimwear – Your swimwear is required for both the sauna and ice bath
Two Towels – One towel for sitting in the sauna and one for drying off afterwards
Flip-flops or Sandals – Recommended for walking between the sauna, ice bath and changing area
Water Bottle – Stay hydrated before, during and after your session
To maximise your session we recommend arriving with your swimwear on underneath comfortable clothing. Please note changing time is included within your session duration.
Our location.
Sauna Flô is located on the water in Penarth Marina, just a few minutes down the road from Cardiff Bay.
You’ll find us on the right-hand side of right hand side of Goose On the Loose Restaurant.
