Sauna Flô is Wales’ first floating sauna and ice bath experience, offering both communal and private hire sessions. The sauna is fully equipped with the premium huum heater with precise temperature control, allowing us to tailor sessions for relaxation, recovery, or performance-focused use. The HUUM HIVE Mini is a compact, high-performance sauna heater designed for people who want a traditional, soft steam sauna experience with the convenience of smart control.
Alongside this, we offer professional-grade ice baths, where temperatures can also be carefully regulated to suit different experience levels — from first-timers to experienced cold-water users. The floating element is central to the experience, combining heat, cold, and water in a uniquely calming setting.
What to bring.
When you come to visit Sauna Flô, please bring the following items to ensure a smooth and relaxing visit. Our sauna offers a small changing room and access to the Marina’s changing rooms and toilets.
We have a changing area, but try to come in easy, comfortable clothing for a quick change and travel light. We recommend arriving with your swimwear on under your clothes to make the most of your slot, as changing time is part of your session duration
